Physician Referral & Paperwork
Itβs always easiest with a referral from your doctor for infusion therapy services. It should include the specific medication and the dosage for your condition. We have the needed forms attached for the providers.
Insurance Authorization & Scheduling
Our office will work with your insurance company and your physicians office to verify insurance approval for infusions and will call after all is approved to schedule your first appointment. We will take the wheel.
