Submit a referral, and our team will handle the rest. This includes insurance verification, prior authorization, contacting the patient for scheduling and of course, letting your staff know when the patient is scheduled.
Please see our referral forms that list all needed documentation for specific therapies. This includes patient details and prior lab work to proceed with insurance approval process.
